Fantasy Football Washington Redskins

The Redskins had a wild ride for Joe Gibbs final season in the burgundy and yellow.  They finished the season smoking hot despite the death of the extremely talented safety Sean Taylor.  Many, including myself saw them rolling this momentum into the playoffs making them a very dangerous team.  Unfortunately, they did not get out of the first round but still everything considered, had a good run.

Clinton Portis and Chris Cooley were the only fantasy stars on this team last season as there are still questions surrounding young quarterback Jason Campbell, and Santana Moss had another very down year.  With Gibbs retiring it should change the dynamic of the offense and I believe it will be make or break time for Campbell meaning Todd Collins might have some value to you at the end of the fantasy draft if you are very weak at QB.

The Skins offense will be very interesting to watch under the new reigns of Jim Zorn, a Mike Holmgren disciple.  Its hard to say what will happen with a new offensive scheme but it will definitely be interesting.
