Fox Fantasy Football is MSN’s division of fantasy football. They offer both public leagues (best for people new to fantasy football) or private leagues (good if you have a group of friends you want to start a league with or if you are a vet looking to crack into a tougher league). The major difference between the two is in a private league the commissioner can set the scoring to custom rules which is always a nice luxury. The public leagues have a default scoring system which makes it the best to start and learn from as well as join if you’re not in the mood for any off the wall scoring plays and would prefer to keep it vanilla. Either way you choose you will be impressed as Fox is one of the fastest updating of all the fantasy football sites and very on top of everything you will need to be successful and have fun.
Perhaps one of the best deals out there also is the price of this fantasy football site. You can have up to five fantasy football teams for absolutely nothing. The downside to the site being entirely free means there is no prize for the winner. I see this as a good thing though as most sites that offer prizes keep at least some of your entry money. If you absolutely have to have a grand prize winner (if the gloating isn’t enough for you), you can always set something up with your fellow owners and perhaps pool some money with a responsible owner (hopefully there’s one amongst you) and have them award it out at the end of the season. Even without a prize its still pretty sweet to compete and win against your fellow owners and Fox Fantasy is a nice place to do it at if you’re looking to save some money as they have one of the best free fantasy football sites on the net.
