If you are like me and have already lost one tv due to throwing items at Matthew Berry on ESPN, you’ll totally understand this segment.  Do not take Berry’s advice on the following:

DO NOT START Kyle Boller over Trent Edwards this week, if you do, you will lose a close game and hate Matthew Berry for an eternity.  Or possibly longer.

ALSO DO NOT BENCH- Crumpler, and Adrian Peterson of the Chicago Bears, unless you have a bonafide option in front of them at that position (like LT, the other Peterson etc.)
